About Reel Stretch Wrapping Machine

The Reel Wrapping Machine shall be suitable to Stretch Wrap your Rolls of Maximum dia 450 mm and width 500 mm with maximum weight up to 45 kgs.

The Reel Wrapping Machine shall be made from heavy duty M.S. Structural with M.S. paneling duly primed and painted. The Reel Wrapping Machine shall be designed to accept your Rolls of the mentioned size.

The Reel Wrapping Machine shall have a turn table of the required size which shall rotate in one direction. The speed of the turntable can be varied. The turntable also houses two rollers on which the product is placed.These rollers also rotate giving the Film roll a rotary motion. The speed of these rollers can also be varied.

The film roll mounting arrangement shall be provided near the turn table.It shall have a mechanical stretching device to stretch the film.

An electrical control panel shall be fitted within the machine. The same shall consist of bought outs reputed makes with rating considering the safety of the machine and operator. It shall also have an emergency stop button.
